TERMS & CONDITIONS

Shipping: During checkout you will be able to choose from:
  • UPS
  • FED EX
  • U.S.P.S. Priority or Express
  • In Store Pick Up
Each shipping option available for your box will be listed during checkout along with the estimated cost for that shipping option. We do ship internationally, and those shipping costs are shown during checkout as well. We do not charge any handling fees. We do not ship first class or media rate. We do not ship in an envelope – paper and cardstock arrives best when it is shipped properly – protected from damage and weather and shipped via a reliable method.
How long does it take to ship? Every effort will be made to prepare, package, and ship your order within 24-48 hours (excluding Sundays and federal holidays). You will be notified immediately if there is a delay in processing your order. Please note the following: FED EX and UPS orders placed on Friday will not ship out until Monday because there is no pick up service during the weekend. If you order on Friday USPS Priority Mail will ship on Saturday.
How will I know if my order shipped? The status of your order changes after it has been shipped. An email is sent automatically from our system when we update your order. If we ship FED EX or UPS, and we have your full information you should also receive an email directly from that carrier containing a tracking number and estimated delivery time for that package. You can log in to your account online and visit the “Order History” of the menu to view past orders and check the status.
FREE SHIPPING – How do I get it? When the free shipping promotion is in effect you can place an order worth $100 or more to get free shipping on that package. There is no limit to the number of times you can use that promotion. The code to obtain free shipping is: FREESHIP Type the code in the discount code box during the checkout process. If you have trouble – just type “freeship” in the comments and we’ll adjust the total on our end. 
PLEASE NOTE: When the free shipping option is requested The Scrapbook Barn will select the lower of cost shipping method between the three major carriers: FED EX, UPS, and Priority Mail. If you have a special need or require your package to be shipped a certain way – please communicate your information in the comments or call us at 972-418-8600 to work out the details of your order.
Out of stock items or inventory shortages. The Scrapbook Barn lists items that are in stock and ready to ship. We do not take pre-orders, and we do not intentionally list items online that are not available. We do accept special orders. Contact us if you need to place a special order. There are times when an inventory shortage may affect your order. Normally we will contact you by email prior to shipping to ask your preference for how to handle the order. If the item is small and not a substantial part of your order – like one sheet of cardstock out of 30 – we will most likely ship the order and remove the charge for that one sheet. Every effort is made on a daily basis to verify and correct inventory changes so these problems do not occur often.
Returns If you changed your mind or need to exchange the product, you may return the product to our store for an exchange or store credit within 30 days from the date of your order. Please ship to: The Scrapbook Barn 3427 E. Trinity Mills #600 Dallas, TX 75287 Please enclose information about your original order: the order date, order number, and how we may contact you.
If your product arrives damaged, The Scrapbook Barn may need to file a claim with the carrier. A photo may be requested, or we may ask you to keep the box and damaged product for a carrier representative to inspect – these are normally requirements imposed by our carriers. If your product arrives damaged, we will either issue a full refund for the damaged product or send a replacement if available and desired.

Did you know that you can select to pick up your orders in our store to save on shipping costs?  Just select the Pick Up In Store option for shipping during checkout.  We'll gather your order and you can pick it up at your leisure.
